The blue anodized heat sink will fit more standard 400 motors as well as 400 equivalent brushless motors. The heat sink also includes two side fins which will produce even more drag hence helping for additional motor cooling. 400 motors get very hot in R/C Helis and so a heat sink recommended.

This is the only belt conversion to get for your Zoom / Shogun. Several kinds exist in the market but this is by far the best belt conversion for the Zoom / Shogun has it uses a quality CNC ( not plastic ) belt upper main gear which lays over the standard main gear. The tail pulley is made also of high quality aluminum which prevents slips and keeps the belt well tensioned at all times even under heavy acrobatic flying. All of the parts in this conversion are made of CNC machined aluminum to insure the best possible fitting and most reliable performance for a long time. This conversion requires absolute minimum modification to the original frame and further more no no cutting is required. The conversion works for all versions of the Zoom / Shogun.

This is a must have for beginners and advanced flyers alike. The Stock shaft is too soft and made of hollow aluminum. Also the stock main shaft includes a pitch slot which eliminates the ability for full collective pitch ranges. This modified hardened shaft includes an internal slot which is 4mm longer ( 2mm on each side ) allowing for full collective control. The shaft is grounded to perfection and will fit snugly with the stock bearings. Made of tempered steel this main shaft is built to last and will keep its integrity even after a serious crash. We highly recommend it.

This upgrade is the first thing you must put on your machine. The stock push wire flexes and reduces the effectiveness of the tail pitch slider. This tail servo mount on the other hand is made of aircraft aluminum so it is very light and very strong best of all you can mount the servo all the way in the front of the boom or ( for the quickest response ) you may mount the tail servo real close to the tail gear box maximizing response time. The kit comes with pre tapped mounting holes for HS-55 or Micro JR Servos. You may also easily drill holes to mount the HS-50 or blue birds micro servos. All in all it is the only servo tail upgrade that completely incases the servo case ( and was designed to be a slightly tight fit ) so it will completely eliminate any chance of tail servo case flexing thus achieving zero slop in tail control. The best upgrade for the Zoom / Shogun Micro Heli and it comes highly recommended.

CNC Drive Shaft Gear will replace the stock plastic gear which gets worn out so often ( even without crashing ). The CNC Gear insures smooth meshing for a very long time. It also includes the center hexagon center so slippage is impossible.

The stock landing gear are very narrow and will easily allow the flyer to tip over under a not so perfect landing. These struts are CNC machined of strong flexible Delrin and they are by far the most durable set of landing gear for the Shogun. Also we think they are the most attractive. The advantage of using Delrin is that is retains its “memory shape”. To install / convert simply cut the upper portion of the frame’s surface and drill two holes per strut ( see pictures below ).
