The Spider Gear system for the E-Flite Blade 400. We applied our legendary patent pending landing gear system to the Blade 400 because of large amounts of requests. Blade 400 pilots were complaining about breaking their gear during hard landings and crashes. The Spider Gear system acts as sort of an air bag for your heli, helping to absorb shock before damaging forces reach your main frame. Stock Gear also absorb the forces to their breaking point. After they break, you still have a very good chance of damaging your main frame. Also a broken landing gear will always result in a roll over, breaking or damaging the following. blades, head parts, tail parts, shafts, etc. Crashes can also damage your expensive electronics. Our Spider Gear system will help absorb your hard landings and when coupled with the included stiffener plate will distribute forces throughout the entire lower frame of the helicopter instead of the forces hitting the 4 mounting points of the gear. One survived crash with the Spider Gear that would have otherwise caused severe damage to your heli is worth far more than the initial cost of the Spider Gear.
