This is a cool looking light plastic vertical fin which also acts as a tail prop tail guard. The fin is practically indestructible ( rubber like ) and will slide on stock boom. The fin is a tight fit so gluing to boom is optional. The fin comes slotted for reduction in weight. A film ( tape ) may be applied over slots for a more aerodynamic application.

The direct drive / large prop system allows you to install a direct drive with a special motor shaft coupler. The coupler is held in place using set screws against the motor’s shaft and so it allows for a more robust / larger tail propellor to be installed. In fact this setup is powerful enough to give your dual motor Heli serious tail control and also allows the propellor to be securely installed ( thanks to the coupler ) directly onto the tail motor. The tail fin is made of flexible plastic and so it protects the tail prop from ground strikes. The tail fin also comes with a bearing housing so you may still install a drive gear if you wish to stay away from a direct drive tail system. Several components are available in this package including tail fin mount only prop with coupler and mounting hardware and a set of replacement props ( optional ). Be sure to order both the first and second item for a complete tail conversion. Will install on any standard 7/8mm boom ( Piccolo Hummingbird Skylark etc ... )

The kit includes three aluminum booms mounting screws nuts and spacers. The Aluminum boom looks great.

Probably the most common complaints ( at least since the migration to Lithium batteries ) is that the tail motor can only perform well for several flights this is caused by the higher capacity Lithium packs wearing out the brushes on the inexpensive tail motor. This upgrades does the trick it reduces the load of the individual motor by splitting its work load to a 2nd motor. The additional tail weight is insignificant but now the tail motor(s) will outlast most other components of the Helicopter as the brushes can handle the voltage with ease. This upgrade also comes with a metal tail guard to protect your tail blade the metal wire guard is inserted into the CNC tail hub base so it will not break or crack the boom. Also the complete tail hub assembly is connected to the boom using (2) large set screws so you no longer need to glue (CA) the tail hub this feature makes it real conviniant to replace damaged booms. As for the electronic configuration you simply split the + and - wires at the end of the boom ( were the come out ) and feed one + and one - to each one of the motors to split the work load its that simple !!!

These Pinions will replace the stock main motor pinions. Never break another tooth. The pinions are hard chrome plated and will fit the stock 295 and 310 motors. The pinions have a 2 mm bore and a 2 mm set screw. Available in 8 9 10 11 12 13 and 14 tooth.

These beautifully machined CNC Tail Pinion Gears are made from brass with a small hub for complete motor shaft engagement thus making the gear run true. Available in 8 9 or 10 tooth.

Use the balls as replacements for the CNC swashplate making micro links installing double links on servo horns and many other applications. The balls are CNC machined and are available in 3.0mm and 3.8mm. When used on servo horns use a nut to lock the threaded end.

This is probably the first modification you want to get for you Micro Heli. Having the main shaft slide down will result in breakage of the main gear. Also this collar is extremely narrow and will allow for increased tilt of the Swashplate. The collar includes a flange ( lip ) that is placed over the frame’s bearing to reduce friction. The threaded set screw opening is of high quality and will allow for a fairy tight installation of the set screw without damaging the thread. We highly recommend it.

Perfectly bored pinions available in 2.0 and 2.3mm are a snug fit on all brushless motors including hackers E-Flite model motors and others. The Pinions are a direct replacement and available in multiple sizes.

Forget those Z-bend links which always bind and break and replace them with the precision links. The precision ball ends are CNC machined and lock onto the servo horns using the supplied nuts. May also be used for many other RC applications including push rod kits boom support and more.

This cool Micro antenna is available in both Micro and 400 Size. The antenna uses full length antenna wire which is coiled up and shrink wrapped allowing for full range and glitch free setup for both Micro Helis as well as 400 to mid size Helicopters. The antenna is supplied with a pig tail hook up wire and shrink extra tubing.
