If you're thinking Blade's new mCX2 is nothing more than an mCX with a new body and lights, you need to read on. The Blade development team has completely reworked what is, without a doubt, one of the best-selling co-axial helis of all time and made it even easier and more fun to fly. We have detailed some of the changes in the thumbnails below.

Like the previous version this helicopter comes in two version RTF and BNF. The RTF version comes Ready To Fly and includes a proprietary transmitter you may use with the MCX2. For those of you whom already own a DSM2 compatible radio you may choose the BNF version for Bind N Fly where you would use the radio you already have. The BNF version includes everything except the proprietary E-Flite radio.

Blade's mCX Tandem Rescue is a fun new twist on the wildly popular Blade mCX platform. It comes out of the box ready for flight with Spektrum 2.4GHz DSM control, a realistic looking rescue heli body and working navigation lights. Everything you need for indoor aerial adventures like nighttime family room patrols or survivor extractions from the top of the fridge.

Weighing in at under one ounce, the nimble Blade® mSR Bind-N-Fly takes ultra-micro helicopter performance to the next level and it comes from the factory completely assembled and flight tested. Its unique Bell-Hiller rotor head design provides the kind of speed and agility you would expect of a single-rotor heli but maintains a measure of positive stability similar to a co-axial heli. This blend of agility and stability makes it the ideal “next step” for someone moving up from a coaxial heli, such as the Blade CX3 or Blade mCX.

The Blade 120 SR is a fixed-pitch heli that will give you the confidence to master the basics of single-rotor flight. Its unique rotor head was specifically designed to provide the inherent stability of a co-axial helicopter, but provide the agile control of a single rotor helicopter. Modeled after the popular ultra micro-sized Blade mSR, the sub micro-sized 120 SR is larger, faster, and more powerful -- which makes outdoor flight a reality.

It comes out of the box 100% factory built and equipped with a factory-installed 5-in-1 control unit with Spektrum 2.4GHz DSM2 compatible receiver, main motor ESCs, mixer, gyro, and fully proportional servos. A ready-to-fly version with 2.4GHz DSM2 transmitter and a Bind-N-Fly version without transmitter, for those who already own a DSM2 aircraft transmitter, are available. Both include a 1S 500mAh Li-Po battery and a single-cell, Variable Rate Li-Po charger as well as an AC power supply.

If you’re ready to step up from a coaxial or single-rotor fixed-pitch heli, the Blade® SR is the absolute best way to make that transition a successful one.

It comes out of the box programmed to provide softer climb, pitch and roll response around the center of stick movement. This, combined with the tough, two-piece main frame and lower head speed, makes the Blade SR more forgiving and easier to master than most conventional CP helis. Plus, it’s big enough to fly outdoors even if there’s a little wind.

The E-Flite experts have done it again. The Blade® CX3 MD 520N® RTF gives pilots unbelievable micro-heli excitement. The CX3 includes a radio system equipped with Spektrum™ 2.4GHz DSM2™ technology in the LP5DSM transmitter and Spektrum AR6100e receiver, providing 5-channel control with interference-free flying. It’s covered in the licensed MD 520N scale body with an attractive police trim scheme.

BNF or Bind N Fly version is for customers whom already own a DSM2 compatible radio such as JR 2.4GHz or Spektrum 2.4GHz where you can simply bind this version to your own transmitter.
