The interface cable connects your transmitter training connector to the PC serial port. The training connector is a PS/2 type connector and the package comes with the FMS CD-ROM ( this version is compiled by Century ). If your transmitter is an inexpensive 4-6 channel transmitter and has a PS2 type connector in the back of it ( see picture below ) you can use this inexpensive FMS with cable package to setup yourself with a nice PC flight simulation combo.
