The ultimate light weight CNC Hornet Gear Box. The unique socket screw openings allows for
only proper assembly removing the guess work from installing a smooth running tail
system on the Hornet. The gear box was designed so that one side is removable allowing
for easy assembly and disassembly while the other side is machined directly as part of the gear box for additional strength ( a key reason why this gear box eliminates vibration ).

The tail gear box was tested at 30,000 RPM and will allow the entire Tail Rudder System to operate with no vibration and super smoothly.
The titanium shaft will continue and spin true, the original plastic gear box will allow for flexing which is completely eliminated with this new ultra light gear box.

The CNC bell crank was specifically designed to work with the CNC gear box; the tail pitch lever includes a step which fits perfectly into a socket on the bell crank allowing for perfect smooth running pitch slider.
