	Hornet Bell Hiller Add-On System


	For the Hornet I/II/CP/CPX

Improved Hover Stability and high roll rate the Bell Hiller mod is available as an add on upgrade for the Hornet. Recommended to be used with the standard paddles ( none lightened ones ) the Bell Hiller system will produce very precise cyclic inputs and ultimately reducing the sensitivity of the collective in relationship to cyclic control.

This mod will increase cyclic response range and so you may want to reduce the swash tilt by moving the servo links to the innermost servo hole.

It will cause that a proportion of the cyclic control is taken directly to the main blades and mixed with the cyclic control from the flybar paddles - a full Bell-Hiller system. This translates to a much faster cyclic response and increased roll rate. The Heli also becomes more predictable, which is very important when flying in limited space. This upgrade comes with all additional links you will need for the installation. Two versions available, stock replacement version ( to replace plastic ) or one which works with the MT4000 CNC Head.

Made from lightweight aluminum, these upgrades will be appreciated both by beginners and advanced pilots. It significantly decreases repair costs in case of a crash and makes assembly/disassembly of the Helicopter extremely easy. It contains adjustable tail servo mounts (for HS-50), horizontal fin with a collar clamp serving also as a tail boom support, vertical fin with collar clamp which holds tail gear box in place and collar clamp for securing the tail boom into the main frame.

With Strong yet lightweight clamps for the tail servo. It makes the adjustment of the neutral position of tail blades extremely easy and CA-free. The Fins provide excellent protection for the tail rotor and decreases the negative influence of wind when flying outside.

Also available is the Very lightweight support for the tail servo pushrod limits the vibrations in the pushrod and improves the tail control. The battery holder will safely hold the battery pack even during hard landings.

	The CNC machined gears will run extremely true and will not cause vibration like the stock molded gears. Use a pair of 18T gears for direct replacement or one 18T and one 16T tail gears to increase the speed of the tail rotor and maximize tail authority while maintaing the speed of the drive shaft.

The gears are made of high quality delrin and so they are very strong and light. No external lubrication is necessary. For best results, use the gears in conjunction with Titanium tail shaft (PART#HH183). Both gears should be installed using the L0261 flanged bearings. If used with the stock CF tail shaft then the shaft may require to be sanded down a bit for easy installation. The gears are a tight fit and so no CA is necessary for secure installation.
