Crash resistant landing gear strut for the T-Rex 450 from JCS Hobbies designed due to the many requests made for an upgraded gear strut that does more than just collapse on extreme hard landings. Their in house testing with repeated drops straight down from over 6 feet showed no damage whatsoever to the strut. There are also holes for an antenna mounting tube between the skid mount holes and the first structure opening. If you are looking for a gear strut that will take the abuse of hard landings without fail, then you have found your product.
