This is the Electric conversion kit for the Trex 700 nitro. This will allow you to bolt an electric motor to your 700. You will need an electric motor, esc, pinion and batteries to complete your project.

Note: the Performance Tail Upgrade provides superior tail control for sport and hard 3D flying styles. With flanged, radial ball bearing supported tail grips and a dual radial ball bearing, fully-supported thrust bearing tail rotor assembly, the new upgrade kit provides a slop-free, high-performance tail that is rock-solid for all maneuvers. The design is a simple retrofit for the common Align parts on the helicopter, with the ability to be used on all TREX 600E/ESP, 600 Nitro, and 700 Nitro helicopters on the market. When installing the flanged radial ball bearings, Bearing Retainer is REQUIRED between the tail control link and the outer bearing housing to prevent loosening or separation during flight. PLEASE REVIEW THE INSTALLATION DIAGRAM ABOVE BEFORE INSTALLING.

Note: the ALIGN TREX 700N Electronic Conversion Kit is composed of three Aluminum upgrade designs that converts the Nitro helicopter frame structure into a true 90-class electric. With a high-CG, front Receiver Mount Upgrade and a high-strength, FEA-engineered Bottom Bracket Upgrade with easy to install LiPo locations. the new KDE Direct design will provide the best setup for hardcore 3D with maintained stability for F3C competition and smooth flying. Add to this a four-bolt, brushless motor mount to prevent any flex with the new high power setups available today, the upgrade kit will bring the TREX 700N into the future of 90-class electric helicopters.

Note: the Elevator Servo Mount design provides superior CCPM elevator control, with an Aluminum 6061-T6 frame that prevents flex during high-torque maneuvers and provides a strong foundation for the elevator servo (no more stripped plastic threads!). Four 10mm screws are provided for frame mounting and four 14mm screws are provided to install the elevator servo for rock-solid control.

Note: The Metal Bearing Block design utilizes high-end CNC machining to produce tight and accurate tolerances throughout the part, giving you the best quality upgrade product on the market. With the addition of the thrust-bearings to support all axial loads, more power will be available for hard pitch-pumps, 3D maneuvers, and autorotations. as well as protecting the integrity of the radial bearings (no more crunchy bearings!).

The new G-Force clutch block for the 700N allows infinite adjustments for proper meshing between the pinion gear and the main gear. Since the 700N is supplied with a fine teeth main gear, close tolerance meshing is required to prevent stripping under hard collective use. The G-Force clutch block will allow you set up a perfect mesh easily. The clutch block also has extended range to work with other gear ratios.

The G-Force clutch block uses slotted screw holes allowing the clutch block to slide back and forth. The G-Force clutch block is supplied with locking hex nuts that work with the stock 700N shoulder bolts. Fine adjustments can be made without the need for thread locking compound if you need to adjust it.

The other unique feature over other aftermarket clutch blocks are dual pinion bearings that are retained at both ends within the clutch block housing. The G-Force clutch block also allows the use of the stock pinion clutch nut that will prevent endplay of the pinion shaft that rides within the two lower radial bearings. The third bearing top bearing is for the starter shaft support. All three radial bearings are factory installed.

Included with the clutch block kit are specially designed engine mounts which also use locking hex nuts without the need for locking compound each time you adjust it. The G-Force engine mounts will allow you to keep the engine aligned with the clutch block. The engine mounts have the same adjustable range as the clutch block.

We developed the SHO fan for the 600N and now it is available for the 700N. Machined from delrin, it is light weight and a real performer because of its blade design.

The new G-Force SHO fan for the 700N is designed to put out more air for increased cooling while the fan’s airfoil designed blades reduces load on the engine. You will notice increased in performance from this new fan.

The Scorpion HK-4035 motors have been developed for the newer 600 and 700 class electric helicopters that are now coming onto the market. These motors are designed to provide all the power that you can use, while still maintaining excellent efficiency and cool running characteristics. Scorpion HK Series Brushless Motors are built from the best materials available, and are designed to provide both quality and performance at an affordable price. Scorpion starts with high quality aluminum alloy parts that are produced on the latest CNC milling machines. These parts are then gold anodized to provide a beautiful, long-lasting finish. The stators are made with 0.2mm laminations to give maximum efficiency, and minimum Eddy current losses. The stators are epoxy coated to prevent shorts, and are wound with wire that is rated at 180 degrees C (356 F). The magnets used in Scorpion Motors are N-50EH style, which are rated for operation at 200 degrees C (392 F), making a motor that is virtually impossible to burn up in normal use. 2 year limited warranty!

Going Flybarless is not new and those of us who have installed a 3RD party FlyBarLess system has experienced the pains of dialing the system in to work with your helicopter. PU adhesive gel is a material that possess excellent vibration dampening characteristics, ideal for mounting gyroscopes, receivers, or other electronics in vibration prone areas. The gel can be re-used by cleaning off containment (such as dust) with water. Mild detergent can also be used to wash away oily residues. Once dried the gel will regain its adhesiveness. The PU adhesive gel is an ideal replacement for traditional gyro foam tape. Its excellent vibration dampening characteristic can minimize impact induced damages on electronics.

The new precision ADJUSTABLE thriple-bearing aluminum engine block is designed to replace stock plastic engine block for T-REX 700 Nitro helicopters. This new version adds ability to adjust the gear mesh between the pinion and the main gear. Therefore the main gear is less stripped due to inappropriate alignment. The new aluminum engine block is designed with rigid one-piece aluminum block to avoid wear-out problem that leads to unalignment of the pinion to the main gear, thus causing the gear strip problem. The bearing block is very well designed to have both rigidity, precision and very light weight. To further strengthen the engine clutch, this new design incorporates an additional third bearing into the engine block. This additional bearing provides great support for the motor pinion shaft to keep the pinion always aligns with the main gear. This engine block is the ticket to solve main gear strip problem on the ALIGN T-REX 700 helicopters.

While most other 90-size helicopters use 1.0M main gears, this T-REX 700 is designed to use 0.7M main gears. Lower module main gears have smaller tooth surface than larger module main gears. MicroHeli is the first company to release the 1M CNC main gear and 1M steel pinion for T-REX 700 to reduce the main gear stripping problem. Precision CNC Main Gear is much stronger than the plastic main gear. The CNC main gears are true and without wobble. Moreover, the new CNC main gear is produced with better material than stock main gear. This material will make the gear stronger and therefore it is not easy to wobble or strip. It is produced by CNC machines so it is absolutely true and round.

Same gear ratio as stock T-REX 700N 8.21:1. Can be used on T-REX 700 E conversion with different motor pinions (1M). The main gear is available separately in case of need for replacement at lower cost than a complete set. It cannot be used with stock 0.7M pinion.
