Using the stock Align design, only low profile gyros (such as the Spartan RC ds760) can be used on the stock Align mount due to interference issues with the canopy. If you would like to use a larger gyro the KDE Gyro Mount is just what you need, which incorporates a gyro mount compatible with all sizes of gyros available on the market today. Not to mention it is also a strong Aluminum frame to protect your valuable electronics!

This is all of the upgrades for the Trex 600N/PRO/Super Pro. These parts are much stronger then the original plastic parts adding rigidity to your frame as well as adding some very nice bling.

The Metal Bearing Block design utilizes high-end CNC machining to produce tight and accurate tolerances throughout the part, giving you the best quality upgrade product on the market. With the addition of the thrust-bearings to support all axial loads, more power will be available for hard pitch-pumps, 3D maneuvers, and autorotations. as well as protecting the integrity of the radial bearings. This is the first upgrade on the market to provide full clearance for the elevator arm upgrade, while allowing for +/-14° pitch range using an offset upper mount.

Note: the Performance Tail Upgrade provides superior tail control for sport and hard 3D flying styles. With flanged, radial ball bearing supported tail grips and a dual radial ball bearing, fully-supported thrust bearing tail rotor assembly, the new upgrade kit provides a slop-free, high-performance tail that is rock-solid for all maneuvers. The design is a simple retrofit for the common Align parts on the helicopter, with the ability to be used on all TREX 600E/ESP, 600 Nitro, and 700 Nitro helicopters on the market. When installing the flanged radial ball bearings, Bearing Retainer is REQUIRED between the tail control link and the outer bearing housing to prevent loosening or separation during flight. PLEASE REVIEW THE INSTALLATION DIAGRAM ABOVE BEFORE INSTALLING.

The new G-Force bearing blocks include both radial and thrust bearings in a single package.

To take full advantage of the thrust bearings, G-Force design a separating wall to keep all the thrust loads away from the radial bearing. The radial bearing will rotate independent of the thrust bearings.

Designed with the 3D pilot in mind, you can fly your 600N even harder without fear of damaging your radial bearings.

PU adhesive gel is a material that possess excellent vibration dampening characteristics, ideal for mounting gyroscopes, receivers, or other electronics in vibration prone areas. The gel can be re-used by cleaning off containment (such as dust) with water. Mild detergent can also be used to wash away oily residues. Once dried the gel will regain its adhesiveness. The PU adhesive gel is an ideal replacement for traditional gyro foam tape. Its excellent vibration dampening characteristic can minimize impact induced damages on electronics.

Finally, extreme 3D maneuvers with stability. KBDD paddles also provide rock solid performance for FAI or scale flying. The paddles for the 50 size helicopters can accept a 3mm flybar while the paddles for the 90 size helicopters can accept a 4mm flybar. The paddles weigh approximately 15g and are weight matched to within .05g. The front flybar hole is threaded and will be the one most preferred. The rear hole should be used at your own risk as our pilots flew the most aggressive 3D maneuvers using the front hole. The rear hole can easily be threaded with the flybar taking care to remove the cuttings as you go.
