These Aluminum CNC blade grips are machined to perfection. The kit comes complete with CNC washers and is sure to both add an attractive look and feel to your Helicopter as well as increase the rigidity of the head control allowing for more precision flight characteristics. Each ball end is machined onto the ball arm which securely mounts onto the body of the grip. The kit includes precision bearings as well as installation instructions from MH.

Aluminum silver or blue anodized vertical and Horizontal fins designed after the stock set and includes mounting holes for direct replacement. The fins are very aerodynamic looking and install in seconds. The vertical fin protects the tail blades from ground strikes.

This is the only belt conversion to get for your Zoom / Shogun. Several kinds exist in the market but this is by far the best belt conversion for the Zoom / Shogun has it uses a quality CNC ( not plastic ) belt upper main gear which lays over the standard main gear. The tail pulley is made also of high quality aluminum which prevents slips and keeps the belt well tensioned at all times even under heavy acrobatic flying. All of the parts in this conversion are made of CNC machined aluminum to insure the best possible fitting and most reliable performance for a long time. This conversion requires absolute minimum modification to the original frame and further more no no cutting is required. The conversion works for all versions of the Zoom / Shogun.

This holder serves two purposes. It is a mounting base for the horizontal fin as well as a tail boom support rod mount. Ultra light it will actually reduce the overall weight in the back of the Helicopter. Any gram saved off the the back of the boom dramatically increases the ability to achieve a better center of gravity setup. This is a very strong and light upgrade and all mounting hardware is included in this kit.

The Aluminum receiver extension plate is mounted on top / front of the zoom and creates additional space to mount a receiver away from the motor and speed controller. Plate is lightened and includes mounting holes at the base plate.

The Zoom / Shogun holds a unique size it falls in a category between Micro Helis and Mini Helis. This is also evident in its cyclic control as it is slower in cyclic response compared to Micros but does not have the stability of Mini Helis. Lightening the flybar solves this problem as you are in effect reducing the total centrifugal edge weight and allowing for a much more responsive control making rolls and other 3D maneuvers more natural and less demanding on the rotor disk.

An inexpensive version of the plastic swashplate is now available in CNC with 8 alloy ball ends ( screw on type not completely machined as in version above ). Balls may be moved around for 90 / 120 setup ). Center ball is a press fit ( not screw capped as in version above ). Better cyclic control and more precise handling over the stock plastic version.

The Aluminum Lithium battery extender will allow you to securely mount a lithium battery underneath the canopy. This upgrade is highly recommend for anyone interested in flying with Lithium packs of any kind. Lightened with holes.

The pull / push CNC arm replaces the stock plastic version. The arm comes with two inner bearings ( flanged and none flanged ) so you get the smoothes bind free linkage to and from the lower swashplate. This will allow for a smoother cyclic with maximum angle and tilt. The precision ball ends are threaded directly onto the push / pull arm.

The Tail Pitch Slider (TPS) is designed very light in weight solid and strong. With dual bearing built in the unit gives the best precision tail controls and smoothness you can get up to 20 000RPM. The Tail Pitch Slider unit including High Strength Plastic TPS Horn is 100% made from CNC machines for maximum accuracy and consistent tail pitch controls. The TPS Horn design has been redesigned to maximize precision tail controls reducing stress and binding on stock design. The Metal Pin is also used on this TPS for secure and compatible with stock plastic bell crank. It is designed to improve tail controls performance on Zoom / Shogun / Zap Helicopters. Two versions are available: Standard and SE. Standard will work with your plastic stock bell crank while SE version will only work with the after market CNC version bell crank Part# MH-4026.

The CNC Aluminum Pulley produced for precise belt meshing and to prevent unnecessary friction between the belt and the tail collective system. Included is a Precision Hardened stainless Steel Tail shaft which is very strong and precisely grounded to fit the tail gear case bearing perfectly. The hardened stainless steel tail shaft is made to improve the stability and overall performance of the Zoom / Shogun belt Helicopter.

Ultra light Gyro and tail rotor servo mount. This after market excellent product is all made of a single sheet eliminating the need for additional screws or glues. In fact the mount connects to the already existing servo mounting bracket. Get rid of the stock push wire and replace it with this conformable direct installation mount. Use double sided tape or use the pre slotted openings (for Velcro strips) to mount your Gyro free of any abstractions right on the tail for improved authority.

This upgrade is the first thing you must put on your machine. The stock push wire flexes and reduces the effectiveness of the tail pitch slider. This tail servo mount on the other hand is made of aircraft aluminum so it is very light and very strong best of all you can mount the servo all the way in the front of the boom or ( for the quickest response ) you may mount the tail servo real close to the tail gear box maximizing response time. The kit comes with pre tapped mounting holes for HS-55 or Micro JR Servos. You may also easily drill holes to mount the HS-50 or blue birds micro servos. All in all it is the only servo tail upgrade that completely incases the servo case ( and was designed to be a slightly tight fit ) so it will completely eliminate any chance of tail servo case flexing thus achieving zero slop in tail control.
