Why keep the servo all the way in the back when you can bring it closer to the tail system reduce slop and binding. Also mount the Gyro on the top of the boom over the servo for ultimate sensitivity. The kit comes complete with both servo and gyro mount. See View pictures for enhanced descriptive

With tail rotor blades the lighter they are the more accurate and responsive the tail rotor system is.
