NetView is a live network diagram which enables a user to monitor a real live network and be notified visually,
 via e-mail or an executable application that a single or multiple devices changed state.
The network will be polled every number of seconds and actions will be taken when a device changes state from up
 to down or down to up. A user can maintain a logical or physical network topology using the a variety drawing tools.
A single network diagram can be saved per configuration file.
