The SNMP Manager sub-application uses SNMP commands to control and manage
SNMP V1 / V2 compliant devices.  A user can SNMP Walk from a particular context, Set values or even log SNMP
Get numerical values and build a reflective real time graph. A local database of OIDs / Description pairs can
 be used to insert and delete commonly used OIDs.
