Pinger is a small windows application that enables a user to monitor ICMP connectivity over the network. The application is based on ChartX and is currently available only for Windows.

The bottom frame includes values for extreme conditions. Packet timeouts are marked as red vertical lines while packet replies are marked as black vertical lines with respect to RTT. The application is experimental and provided with no support or warranty.

On the left you see a screen shot of Pinger. The packet replies are marked as vertical black lines. Local time is marked on the graph using blue text. To change the ip address of a device enter the host ip address and restart the ICMP transmission.
