We ship all orders in the United States USPS or UPS and all International orders via Global Priority mail or Global Express to insure you get your shipment fast. Additional charges may apply to selected special orders such as complete kits, ready to fly kits and radio systems. US orders over $450.00 are mailed via insured priority mail to protect incase of damaged or lost goods. Additional charges may apply to such orders. International orders over $450.00 are mailed via insured express mail to protect incase of damaged or lost goods. Additional charges may apply to such orders. If requested, we can accommodate shipping via UPS over night and 2nd day using ground and air mail. Shipping methods on very large packages ( I.E.: Complete Combo Deals ) may by changed and prices may vary (We do not charge handling fees, we only charge actual shipping)
Additional shipping and/or insurance charges may apply depending on package weight and value. We insure all shipments except for USPS Global Priority which doesn't provide an option for tracking or insurance. In case of shipping damage, notify the carrier within 24 hours and keep the original shipping box with all packing material for inspection by the carrier. Only in this case can we substantiate your claim with the carriers insurance. All orders are double checked at our warehouse before shipping. Claims about missing items have to be made within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. It is also advisable to keep the shipping carton available for a week, as we may request compensation from the insurance company of the carrier.
RETURNS/RMA & DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges which comply to the following requirements:

With that said, like any company, we must set rules and regulations so we can stay in business and continue and support this amazing hobby. - We will issue 100% store credit with no restocking fee for customers requesting on-line vouchers which they may use during the shopping cart checkout process. Vouchers never expire. Vouchers will be emailed to your current account email address.
- Restocking fee of 12% will apply to customer returns who are requesting a refund and not store credit
- All Returns or exchanges must be filled within 14 days of purchase and received back at HeliHobby within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions.
- Product must be unopened in its original packing and in a re-sellable condition.
- Under any circumstances we will not refund shipping charges for returned merchandise for shipping the original package or for receiving a returned product
- Media such as books, magazines, CD-ROMs, software, DVDs and Video Tapes can NOT be returned and all sales on these items are final at the time of purchase.
- The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must be filled, submitted and printed in its entirety and you must include it with the returned merchandise.
- HeliHobby Inc. will not accept responsibility for damage due to usage of the products and accessories
- Returns must be attached with original or a copy of the sales receipt ( including order # )
- HeliHobby reserves the right to call back customers and verify order information with any individual answering at the number provided during the checkout process
- To submit for an RMA number be sure to login to your account and click on RMA from the main menu.
- All defective merchandise from all manufactures including Ikarus, RC-Direct, Castle Creations, GWS, Astroflight, eFlightpacks, Precision Model Products and Westec Century, MRC, ACE and others must be returned directly to manufacturer as this is how they choose to deal with product issues. All other defective products can be returned for refund or exchange under the following conditions: Merchandise must be returned in its original package. Do not write on the package. We will not exchange or refund any product with the product package having "defective" or anything else written on it. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form on the Ordering section of the website must be filled completely and included with the returned merchandise.
- Claims for damage due to delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with the assigned carrier

- Returned items must be in resale condition, with the original packing material, unopened with all shipped items included
- Custom parts and modifications: The effectiveness of a custom modifications are purely a matter of opinion. All of the modifications and upgrades posted and sold by this site are believed to be useful for the intended purpose. We believe the modifications are effective in producing a better result for the application but we can not guarantee satisfaction due to the nature of the hobby and the difference in matter of opinion. However, we will guarantee that if a modification is posted or sold on this web site then we at HeliHobby do believe that it is intended to produce a better result respectively and in our opinion well worth applying.
